Black Sheep Compliance were asked to complete a Legionella risk assessment upon a hotel and associated spa building. In line with the company requirements we adopted a two phase approach by completing two separate assessments upon the hotel and spa. As a result we were able to provide two reports associated with the specific water systems within the buildings. The reports were presented and thoroughly explained ensuring the two site managers were comfortable with the content.

As part of the project we then designed two site specific Legionella management schemes with accompanying control logbooks. Through regular contact and visits to site this customer is proud to attain a cost effective and up to date Legionella management program.
